Adoption Fees

$300 Single Seniors age 8 & up

$500 Bonded Pair Seniors

$350 Adults through age 7

$400 Puppies 6 months & under

$500-$800 Benefactor dogs

       * Our Benefactor Dogs are younger, highly adoptable pups who are also in need of a home and help support our mission to care for senior pets. While these dogs don't need the same level of medical support as our seniors, their adoption fees are higher and go directly toward funding veterinary care, medications, and daily needs for the older dogs in our sanctuary. By choosing to adopt a Benefactor Dog, you're not only giving a younger dog a loving home - you're also making it possible for us to continue rescuing and caring for senior dogs who need us the most.

*Please note that adoption fees for some of our senior dogs may vary based on their individual needs, medical history, or length of stay with us. In some cases, we adjust fees to help find the right home faster or reflect the level of care they've received. Every adoption - no matter the fee - helps support our mission and allows us to continue rescuing and caring for senior dogs who need love, safety, and second chances.

What is covered in the Adoption Fee?

Your adoption fee helps save lives.

Each fee helps cover the cost of medical care, food, and supplies for senior dogs in our rescue—and ensures your new companion is off to the best possible start.

Veterinary Care Included:

  • Full veterinary exam

  • Fecal test and de-worming if needed

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations
(Some seniors may be too old or medically fragile for vaccines—this will be discussed with you.)

  • Rabies vaccination

  • Microchip with lifetime registration

  • Spay or neuter, if required and cleared by our vet

Dental Care Policy:

Dental disease is very common in senior pets.

We do not routinely provide dental cleanings unless the issue is causing pain or affecting the dog’s ability to eat.

As an adopter, you should plan to provide dental care in the future, as recommended by your veterinarian.

Medical Transparency:

  • Any known medical conditions will be disclosed before adoption.

  • These are rescued animals, and we don’t always know their full history.

  • If a medical issue is discovered after adoption, the adopter will be responsible for treatment moving forward.

Adoption fees allow us to rescue more senior dogs, provide ongoing care, and give them the love and comfort they’ve always deserved.
